Where are the remains of the fort still found?

dolpa –  They are known in the Nepali l language as ‘killa’. They were naturally and artificially protected human settlements, guarded by elements such as hills, forests, the desert, the sea, and man-made stone structures that formed a kind of armour around them.
One of the early reference to forts can be found in the Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality ward No-3 and locally called Tinje in Dolpo. My learning can be too short & very surfacial that I can not potray the very Details History of the forts. But I had once learnt that it was established by Jung Bahadur, Prime Minister, Nepal (1846-1877). Its structures and architectural designs is very unique and very special.
Forts are built in strategic center, so undoubtedly it is one of the best testimony of importance of Dolpo for Nation since the time immemorial.
