While addressing the 7th assembly of the Society of Parliamentary Affairs Journalists here on Saturday, Speaker Sapkota shared that the Parliament was an elected body having public faith therefore, its role should be made effective to address peoples\u2019 agendas. He said,<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI take a strong and effective decision to properly forward the house business which would be evaluated by the history.\u201d He also expected media\u2019s positive roles to point out the weaknesses and bring the public issues in front. National Assembly secretary Rajendra Phuyal argued that the parliamentary journalists\u2019 role was important in the areas of investigation and archiving the parliamentary activities. The founding chair of the society Hari Bahadur Thapa opined to make the society\u2019s role effective adding that it should still work hard to achieve its objectives. On the occasion, society\u2019s publication \u2018Hamra Mananiya\u2019 (Our Parliamentarians) was launched.
